Trevor’s Birthday

Posted by JohnJohn under Uncategorized

Yesterday we had a great time with family and friends celebrating Trevor’s Birthday. We reserved Sir Bounce-A-Lots here in Castle Rock. Sir Bounce-A-Lots is an indoor play ground with huge inflatable bouncy enclosures. They also have a large party room

Everyone had a great time, we saw some friends we had not seen in a long time. Trevor and his 11 guest had a great time breaking a sweat while Moms, Dads and Grandparents sat around chatting.

Trevor had a great time opening gifts in the Kings Chair. He received gifts from the latest Superman Movie, Power Ranger SPD, board games, and some very nice educational toys. Nicole and I found him one of the new Fuzion Scooters, which Jacob enjoyed quite a bit. :)

We ended the festivities by almost finishing a large Power Ranger SPD cake.

Here is a link to all the pictures.

Thanks to everyone for coming!

Royal Gorge

Nicole had some vacation time last week and we took the boys down to the Royal Gorge Bridge.

The attractions have really grown since Nicole and I had been. We both had not visited since we were kids. Across the bridge is a petting zoo, refreshment area and the new thrill ride call the Royal Rush Skycoaster. It’s one of those rides where three people slip their feet down in a large bag then a wire pulls the bag back and lets you swing high out over the Gorge…PASS.

The other attractions were fun. We rode everything except the Aerial Tram, it was busy.

We all agreed the best ride of the day was the inclined railway to the bottom. Trevor took some real coaxing to go, but he finally conceded. Once we got on, he had the best time, typical.

It’s really nice to be so close to wonders like this. Check out the pictures here.
